The weather is above freezing all day, and the roads should be reasonably dry, so it’s time to clear out the cobwebs

Zero above Zero. Better still break out the Roadcrafter.
HFV has no HFV. But somehow has 2 motorcycles

We’ve had a pretty mild winter down here in DC. I’ve got 15 days commuting so far.
Not bad. 41% YTD

I dialed back to max power to 60% because VT roads in March are like a day at the beach.

Methinks blowing out the cobwebs means something different than doing it with a muffler. Not different in a bad way tho.
Do you find battery life is significantly affected by the cold?

Oh yeah, the cold saps range for sure. And these are low tech, so no active temp management, it’s up to the user to be smart about it.
But today was above 40 all day, which is warm enough that you don’t notice much range difference, and besides, since every intersection is covered in sand and pot holes, the throttle application this time of year is real light.
